CAMO Engineer

PAL Aerospace Europe is currently seeking qualified applicants for Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Organization (CAMO) Engineer position in the Netherlands.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Airworthiness
• Develop, implement and monitor the Aircraft Airworthiness Maintenance program
• Obsolescence Management.
• Manage Engine/APU/Landing Gear overhauls and Repairs.
• Organize a bridging inspection with the aircraft prior maintenance program, if applicable,
• Ensure all Technical Manuals/CMM’s are at the correct Revision Status.
• Technical Documentation Review (AD/SB/SILs etc.)
• Technical DATA (manuals, drawings, etc.) review and updates.
• Technical Docs Review (AD/SB/SILs, etc.)
• Technical Data (manuals, drawings, etc.) review and updates.
• Reliability & Repetitive Defect reporting
• Commit to Environment, Health & Safety policies, and procedure.
• Report HSE hazards, incidents, near misses, and issues as per approved company procedure.
• Any additional duties and responsibilities may be added provided they do not conflict with those of other management personnel.
Engineering Support
• Maintenance Control Engineer.
• Manage Alternative parts.
• Monitor the Modification status of the Aircraft and Components.
• Manage Temporary and Permanent Repairs.
• Non-standard repairs.
• Clarification on Technical processes.
• Alternate means of compliance.
• Assist Part 145 Department with troubleshooting.
• Part number identification and clarification.
Qualifications & Preferences:
• Experience Type Rated on the Bombardier Dash-8 100, 200, or 300 – Preferred.
• AME Licensed holder – Preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of EASA-based Part M / CAMO Regulations.
• Degree in Aerospace Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or 5 Years experience in a CAMO environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Working both independently and in a team environment.
